Lighting quality is weak around the Yuoth Centre Harju, especially during winter. The lack of light effects in experience of comfort, safety and security. The project aims to study light and encrease the understanding of the importance of good lighting design in urban areas and buildings. A group of teenagers will research and experiment and gather knowledge and understanding about light and it's effects. Design task concludes in light installation.
