The pupils who took part to the videotape workshop were from Green Flag Team (more english information of Green Flag in webpages: www.vihrealippu.fi/pages/369.php). Team consist of pupils from every grade and total was about 20 pupils. 
 
The main material was videotape. Every tape consist of pictures and every picture have a happening inside of it. The idea was that the final artwork would be still picture of a story. So pupils started to explore and feel the material what kind of stories it would be telling.
 
The first step was braking the tapes with a hammer when movie sound tracks were background music. They wrote down to the walls ideas which came up on their minds file braking the tapes. A school helper nailed the videotapes hanging from the roof.
 
 
The second teps (when all the videotapes created some kind of jungle in to the class room) was the videotape adventure in dark class room. The music was playing when pupils with flashlights arrived to dark class room. They were walking around the room and feeling and hearing the tapes. They explored how tape react when light was touching it. The atmosphere was tangible.
 
After this the pupils thought what if scene would be Lintulampi school? What would be a story then? The pupils were writing down their ideas.
